    so glad you're here...it's tough trying to get and stay fit, and you should be commended for your desire to be healthy!

    Hi, I've been here for just over thirteen months. I've lost almost 65lbs. Having a super hard time this past summer. Just when I think I'm back on track and motivated, something happens and I gain two pounds. Always need encouragement and will do the same. Feel free to add me.
