Has anyone ever tried, or have any personal information regarding e-mealz.com

https://e-mealz.com/

I was looking at it today and am intrigued by the meal plans and price arrangement.

I was thinking about giving it a try, since I really could use some help budgeting meals and setting up a plan (I have a very hard time creating it on my own effectively!!)

So, has anyone tried it ?? :)

Edit: If you know of anything similar, or other sites that do the same thing (preferably for free!) Let me know, I am very interested!!

I haven't tried it but I'm cheap. I would just google free meal plans and adapt my own from there.
  • I used e-mealz "portion control" this past year. It is the weight watchers point system. I printed two copies each week -- one to use and one to put in a notebook. Now I have a years worth of menus. Worth the $45 for a year. The are real easy recipes and very tasty. I have recently started putting the recipes in MFP recipes to calculate the calories. They are relatively low calorie, low fat and has a lot of variety.

Never tried this one and not sure what you're looking for exactly but https://www.merckengage.com/ has a free program you can sign up for that helps work up a week menu for your specifications.
