Hi all
I am feeling a bit flabby this time of losing weight - not sure if I have lost it too quick or it is just because I am nearly 46 and things aren't like they used to be.
The exercise I do is either walking, cycling, kayaking with the odd strength, yoga or zumba thrown in - generally one hour per day.
Is there anything I can do to look more toned? Or do I just have to cop it now that I am older? I am around about half way through this - don't seem to be seeing any change in my arms etc - or will it all just come together at the end?
