....interested in hearing others' success stories, tips, and whatever. :smile: I've been on this current weight loss journey only 16 days, and just started tracking my progress here at the beginning of this week. I need help remembering that losing slowly, while perhaps not quite as exciting, is a GOOD thing! On the flip side, I lost 8# in my first week, so that was a motivating start!
