Not only did I take the plastic off of the 30 Day Shred DVD I've had for over two years but I completed day 1! Looks like you don't have to go to the ranch for Jillian Michaels to make you cry! LoL

Great job, seriously! I just finished. I lost 11 inches and about 6 pounds. 11 inches in a month-ish (maybe a few days longer)! I took pics and there's definitely a difference. i have trouble seeing it in the mirror so i recommend taking pictures of yourself so you can really see the progress. try doing before, midway and after- you'll be so happy! keep it up! :happy:

I started 30DS i loved it, as soon as my ankle heals from running I want to start it again.. I really hope I can lose some actual weight with it.. Boy I was feeling the burn when using it..
