I'm stomped..

After completing my daily diary, MFP forecasts what I would weigh if I ate the same for 5 weeks. Well, every time I complete my diary, MFP says I'd be about 5 to 10 lbs less if I'd do the same for 5 weeks. Sounds great! So why is it that I've yet to lose anything after 140 days? What am I doing wrong?

Any insight/theories would be appreciated.

Thanks!

LOL guys! I'm just looking for some theories. My diary is opened to friends. If you're interested in being part of my support group, I'd be glad to share. Add me!

Yes, choosing healthy foods (fruits, veggies, lean meats, dairy, complex carbs, metc), exercising somewhat, drinking just under the 8 glasses of water.

We need a lot more info.

But if you have been doing the same stuff for 140 days with no results it stands to reason you need to do something else for a while.

    Firstly, THIS is stomped: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZpBkc2jK-6w

Secondly, the whole "in 5 weeks" thing is a lie! A lie that makes you try harder sometimes, yes, but a lie none the less. It is based on the idea that you are a "typical" person, who is the exact median. However, you are not and there are a million little factors that play into your weight loss and retention.

Thirdly.... well, actually, I got nothing else....

Keep your carb intake to under 100g/day, and knock out grains and sugars. Focus on eating animals and plants only. Stick to whole foods, organically grown, and simply prepared.
