    My BFF has lost a huge amount of weight with Slimfast, and more importantly she's kept it off for over a year. She went from a UK size 22 to a slim 12/14, and looks amazing!

    But she's told me that it takes a huge amount of willpower. Its no 'quick fix' thats for sure.
