What is your goal weight?

I'm 5'3, currently 139ish lbs (started at 197.6lbs), and set my first goal weight to 135, which is a "healthy" weight for my height (but on the upper-side of healthy - close to overweight). I'm so close to my goal and I'm noticing that there is no way I'm going to be satisfied at 135. I decided that my next goal will be 125 and I'll see what happens then. I'll take it 10lbs at a time :)

What about you? What's your height and goal weight, and how did you determine it?

Btw, my body type is "straight/hourglass," meaning I don't have much curves (booo!), but my weight is evenly distributed throughout my body. You?

    id like tobe 60kgs ...im 73.5 ATM
    im pretty curvy too so many lose some of that aswell lol
  • I am 5'8" and my goal weight is 145. I may end up wanting to be 140 once I get there. But my body type is athletic and muscular, so if the scale is high but my body is fit than I am fine with that.

    I'm 170cm and my first goal is 100kgs......Once there I will evaluate it......I just want to get to a comfortable weight for me...........

    I'm 5'7" and my goal is 140lbs, only 4.5lbs away now :)

    I'll definitely be happy with that weight, however I do need to still improve my bodyfat percentage which is currently just in the healthy range at 31%. So next goal is to figure out how to reduce that while gaining muscle and maintaining weight!

    My personal trainer said yesterday he thinks I could aim to lose another 6kg(about 13lbs), without knowing my goal, but tbh I'm happy with my goal as it is. Expectations size wise are different here (I'm Irish but living in Thailand)
