How many calories per meal

I am wondering how many calories you usually eat per meal and if you have a bigger breakfast or dinner.

    Bigger breakfast. Snacks twice through the day. Dinner late.

    My calories are set to 1500

    Bfst - 500
    Snacks (1) 300 (2) 300
    Dinner - 400

    Big breakfast - around 450 calories usually
    Lunch - around 200
    Snack - about 150
    Dinner - 350
    Dessert or Post Workout snack - 100 calories

    My cals are set to 1400. I allot 200cals per 3hoour period. If I want a bigger lunch/breakfast/dinner I will just eat less than 200 in a few 3 hours blocks :)

    big dinner!

    breakfast:170 cals
    lunch: 300 or so
    dinner: 600-700
    snacks: what ever is left

    An over weight lady started literally eating dinner for breakfast and did the whole day opposite and she lost all her weight. It's how she eats now and is super skinny.

    First meal: ~350
    Second meal: ~1,000

    Intermittent Fasting is da bomb.

    Another lady on the news recently runs because she loves to, now she's running but with a cause she eats mcdonalds 3 times a day and is not getting sick or having her cholesterol go up I wish I could remember her cause. A friend of my cousins has high cholesterol and eats healthy and exercises. I was supprised to hear that she had to add a cholesterol medication to her already healthy lifestyle. Skinny diabetics gets me too.
