What should I be aiming for?

I'm 29 and I've got 2 boys (22 months and 23 weeks).
I'm trying to lose my baby weight and I'm plodding along ok, but I want to lose some body fat and gain muscle so I look more toned.
I got a body fat monitor and these are my first readings but I don't know what they mean and what they should be any ideas?

Weight 136lbs
Height 5' 6"
Body Fat 27.8%
Body water 52.3%
Body Muscle 68.2%
BMI 21.9
Calorie 2064

As I am also 5'6" and currently 185lbs I am envious. But I would say that I am only aiming for 147lbs as I know that to be a good weight for me. I would suggest concentrate on healthy eating rather than weight lose and concentrate your efforts on a serious amount of toning and strength exercises.0

I'm less about my weight and more about making my old clothes fit. I have just been reading up on stuff and loads of places say that the percentage of body fat that you carry makes a difference not only to your size but also to your health so I'm trying to work on that.0

You need to lift, lift, lift! I posted a great article up about a girl that started lifting and dropped a great deal of body fat percentage. I'll try and find for you later. Posting from my phone right now. Basically, you need to learn three main exercises: Squats, dead lifts, and chest press0

As far as lifting at home, I'd have to say that you should be doing squats, dead lifts,.and chest presses, lol. Seriously, body weight squats and push ups are great. And then fill up a plastic milk jug with water or sand (if you don't have kettle bells). You want to do a sumo dead lift-row. Stand over it, even slightly in front of it. Squat down, grasp it with both hands butt sticking out, back straight. Lift with your legs keeping your back straight. When you are standing, lift the jug to your chin. Return to the starting position.
PS: get some kettle bells.0
