Net is 489, need calorie dense foot. Now.

It's 9:50pm and I've already eaten over 2000 calories today, need at least another 611cal. I have no kitchen - renovations.

As others have said, nuts and peanut butter are great. Also some whole wheat pasta with olive oil and cheese would be a good way to up the calories.0 -

I've had sustagen, peanut butter and honey on bread.. still not enough haha0
