Hey guys. My name is Stephanie. I'm 23 y/o in my last year of grad school and am working part time. With such a busy schedule I've gained about 20 lbs in the past 2 years. I try to exercise but even on my good weeks I only do about 30 mins of cardio 2-3x. I have 2 roommates and neither one is concerned about eating right or exercising and they love to cook big fatty meals that taste amazing. Before grad school I never worried about my weight and was able to keep it down with minimum effort. I'm only 5' so putting on a few lbs is very noticable and I don't like it! I'd love some tips/encouragement, friend me!

Stay within your goals. Think before you reach for unhealthy foods. Educate yourself on healthy eating. If you don't do it now it will quickly add up as you get older, believe me and it's a lot harder to lose the older you get.

I totally agree with dls06...build a healthy lifestyle and habits now before the unhealthy ones create themselves! Feel free to add me as a friend for any extra support I can lend!
