i like to do my intense workouts in the morning, mainly because i dont have to stop to tend to one of my children, theyre still in bed at the time, and they get me really energized. but i love doing yoga at night, after they go to bed, it relaxes me after a long day, iget a great strech, and im able to snooze like a baby.0

Pretty much the only time that works for me is at night once the kid is in bed. I usually get my workouts in around 7:30, then on Thursdays I take a Zumba class at noon...my work offers it for free right on site0

I t doesn't make any difference when you do it, morning, afternoon, evening...as long as you do it, that's the bottom line.....fit it in whenever you can, as long as you do.0
