Turkey Day challenge!! (5th week of challenges with purpleir

5th Week challenge! We start TOMORROW friday the 18th! So let me know if you are in by tomorrow morning/evening!!
This week will end on thanksgiving! Since Thursdays are our rest day AND this one will be the national-eat-to-much day I wanted to come up with something a little different. We will keep Thursday as a rest day so you will not have to check in or anything BUT you will still have something to do. So here is what I am thinking. We are stepping it up this week to make up for thanksgiving.
1-Burn a TOTAL of 300 calories or more EACH day any way you want to do it.
2-Eat ALL your daily calories given before exercise.
3-Eat back ALL BUT 100 calories of your exercise calories! So at the end of the day you should have 100ish cals left that you did not eat! We are gonna stack them up for Turkey day! (so if you only earn the 300 you would eat another 200 on top of your daily allotment and leave 100)
4-ABSOLUTLY NO soft drinks and high calorie juices or drinks this week. Allowed beverages this week are as follows:
WATER-Lets go back to our 10 oz minimum
Any variety of Tea (but preferably a lower or no cal one)
Coffee (for all those that just have to have it-but try to limit it to 2 cups)
Milk (preferably lower cal)
Also, If you do some sorta shake for a meal replacement that is ok as well.
5-On Turkey day you do not have to do any workouts! BUT keep to the no sodas or high cal drinks and you can ONLY EAT 500 CALS OVER your daily limit!! So if you are given 1400 a day to eat, on thanksgiving you can eat 1900! Try to log as close as possible since I know there will be all kinds of food and you may not be able to calculate the cals in it all. Just do the best you can and try to stick to 500 over.
If you exercise and eat as planned then you will have stacked up these cals for that day and not put yourself over and undo some of the hard work you have done!!! So as the points go, you will be getting 4 points max during the week and a 5 for turkey day! Who thinks they can do it!!??
