what do you enter chalean extreme workouts as?

When inputting your calorie burn from the CX program on here, and have a bodybugg, or HRM, what do you put the burn under? just circuit training or something??

    When using a HRM you can manually add it and then the calories burned. Otherwise I'd put it in as 'strength training' in the cardio section, most of those only burn 350 per hour unless you do Burn Intervals or Abs.

    Under cardio there is an option for circuit training, I use that.
  • You can make your own name for it if you know the exact calories burned :D

    I added my own workouts: Burn Circuit 1, Burn Circuit 2, etc. I used a heart rate monitor for a while to get an idea what the calorie burn was.

    And I have to add: I LOVE Chalean Extreme!! and Turbo Fire!!
