Hello folks,

My name is Cleo im a busy busy stay at home Mum.

I lost about 14 lbs of my stubborn babyweight before joining MFP through healthy eating and re-introducing excersise to my life (and cutting back on the wine!) and then joined to help motivate me to lose the last 20lbs. I had a baby 10 months ago and also have a 3 year old girl and 13 year old step son.

I have been lurking for a good few months but never really contributed, now that I'm almost at my goal with roughly 5-6lbs left to lose I feelI really need to push myself to get to my target as I know these last few are going to be the hardest.

I have just started the 30 day shred and do a lot of walking as well as using the cross trainer (when children permit!) so fingers crossed by Christmas in back in "those" jeans I have been dying to fit back into.

Feel free to add me, especially fellow shredders! I would wave "hi" but my arms are so freaking sore from the weights that I can't lift them!
