It's that time of year!

It's like people using the gym. Since the holidays are rolling around my fiance is getting loaded up with people wanting to train with him which means I have less time with him in the evening. This of course happens right when I start my program haha. So now I'm a little stuck.

It's also getting dark earlier and our neighborhood is safe but not lit or safe enough for me to feel good about walking my corgis around the neighborhood in the dark.

So now I'm a little stuck as to what to do over the winter months. I can workout outside easily on my days off for the holiday but I would rather have a routine I could do over the week.

Anyone have any ideas?

    Exercise videos/DVDs that you can do inside your home should be effective enough to burn calories and improve your fitness on days you can't get to the gym. There are dozens of great programs: entire Jillian Michaels series, P90X, Insanity, other Beachbody programs, etc. You can use the search feature on MFP to find out more info specifically about those.
