New Attitude

I just read a blog called Redcliffe Style where the author said that she's not a fitness freak but she engages in healthy activities (walking, bike riding, running, etc) in order to enjoy the more indulgent parts of life guilt free. I love it! I'm adopting that as my new attitude :smile:

  • That is a good attitude to have!! I getting ready to start the Couch to 5K program!!
  • Girl, when I reach my goal weight, that's what I plan to do because I love dining out and Mexican food too much, lol!
