Hi there! I am on Day 8 of Level 2 of the 30DS. I am thinking ahead to when I am done with Level 3. For those of you who have completed the Shred...what did you do next? Did you do another one of Jillian's DVDs? Just want some ideas from people who have done the workout.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I'm keeping my eyes peeled for suggestions here too. Thanks for starting the thread sheepcat, because I'm a not sure what I want to do either. Maybe Insanity again.0

I followed the 30DS with JM's Ripped in 30. It has 4 25-minute workouts that get progressively harder. Still incorporates strength training with HIIT. If you like the shorter workouts, this is a great way to build up to longer (30 and 45-minute) workouts. I've already finished Ripped in 30 and go back to do 2 levels for a well-rounded 45 minute workout.
Otherwise, it depends on your goals. Good luck!0 -
Definately, Ripped in 30!0

I'll have to check it out. I miss my HIIT workouts I've been slacking on them and I can tell a difference in my cardio, at least I think that's why the cardio seems harder now.0
