I don't own a HRM and I'm going to do this video in a bit and wondering out to classify it. It's about 66 minutes of pure torture, so by my calculations I should burn about 2 million calories. LOL!

I've done it a handful of times before and when I'm done my arms are so sore I can barely lift them up to shampoo my hair in the shower that I desperately need because of the sweat dripping off me.

So, back to my question, would you call it circuit training?

Just out of curiosity I typed it into the calculator on MFP and 66 minutes for me shows a 488 calorie burn. Hmm...maybe I should just go run 5 miles, it would hurt less and be the same burn. But it's cold & windy out so not feelin' the love for a run today. Thinking of adding a HRM to my Xmas wish list. :)

I would log is as circuit training. That's a lot of calories burned, so don't be discouraged! You are working a lot of muscles with strength training that isn't being recorded in your calories burned. Also, the effect of building muscle will add to your results in the long run. Best of Luck!
