Disabled?

Anyone on here who is disabled?
I think that being disabled is not something most others understand unless you've tried to exercise with some kind of injury and found it difficult to do.
I have a respiratory illness called PPH.. or Primary Pulmonary Hypertension. The primary part means I was born with it and being born with it is very rare. As you might have guessed it deals with my lungs. I've been on a treatment for about 10 years or so. About the time I started my treatment lots of people who took something called "Phen Fen" actually wound up with Pulmonary Hypertension. I tire pretty easily and most exercises are very hard for me to do. I can walk.. but as soon as elevation or weights come at me I'm pretty much screwed. I try to walk 4 miles every day as my exercise and I go at a speed my body can handle (about 3 mph) I would love support from anyone else who is disabled and knows how hard this can be.. If there are enough of us we can start a group. If you aren't disabled and have a loved one who is or just want to lend support anyway you're more than welcome.
