I used to get so sore after a workout/run. I haven't been sore in months. I'm beginning to wonder if i'm not pushing myself hard enough. Opinions?

Do you have a heart rate monitor?
Is it just cardio or are you lifting?
Taking any supplements?
Do you eat the necessary amounts of protein?
Do you sweat a lot working out?
All questions we need to make a better answer.0 -
You probably need to vary your workouts do some body confusion. Once your body gets used to a type of workout you have to work harder to see results but you can do different types of exercise and the body says Whoa! What's this and starts uping your calorie burning again. P90x really helped me to understand the reasons and techniques of body confusion.0

For strength training are you constantly lifting more and more weight? If so, then your workouts are effective. If not, you need to tune your program to produce gains.
For cardio, are you able to increase intensity or duration? If so then it's effective.0 -
We need a def of "effective". Stronger? Faster? Lost weight? Gained muscle? Leaner? Cuter?0
