EXERCISE LOGGING

THE EXERCISE SECTIN DOESN NOT SHOW EXACTLY WHAT I DO. I NEED TO LOG TREADMILL X AMOUNT OF MPH AT X AMOUNT OF TIME, DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO DO THIS IN THE EXERCISE SECTION. THEY SHOW WALKING AT X AMOUNT OF MPH, ETC. AND SHOWS STAIR TREADMILL GENERAL. THESE ARE SEPERATE. CAN ANYONE HELP ME

    you can create your own. I do what I need to do and write down the calories. Then I log it in.

    go to exercises, click My exercises , then create exercise and enter your information :D hope that helped...
  • Well, if you were walking at X mph, you can select "Walking at X mph", and designate the amount of time you spent. That is how I log it. I don't think it matters if you are walking outside or on a treadmill, just as long as we are moving

    I just put the information into the website about and create treadmill exercise and add the calories burned.
