Are hula hooping and jumping jacks worth my time.?
For every 30 of the afternoon, I do jumping jacks for one minute. Does this speed up metabolism?

Hula Hooping can burn calories and work the core. I have a cousin that lost 20 pounds just by doing 100 hulas a night.
  • I do jumping jacks everyday!!! They are very good, they suck at first, but once you get use to doing them everyday, they are awesome:)

Speed and form DO make a difference. You'd be shocked to learn how many people can't do a jumping jack correctly.
But overall jumping jacks are a good exercise to do.

Jumping jacks are definitely worth the time. Great exercise and a good calorie burner. I also read once that they were a great way to fend of osteoporosis. Not sure about hula hoop calories, but it has to be good for your core muscles.
