Looks like you have alot of Sugar and Carbs in your diet and very little in the fruit and vegie category. You might want to try switching those out a little bit. Otherwise, you aren't generally going over your goal or eating too little calories. Also, make sure your water is good because you seem to have quite a bit high sodium items that will make you retain water. Also, check your measurements. You weight may not be changing but your measurements may be.
Good Luck0 -
it doesn't have to be exactly like it says but it has to be something around that?0

Don't worry about that "in 5 weeks you will weigh" thing. If you just started this a few weeks ago I'd stay stick with it and be patient. Sometimes it takes our bodies a while to accept change. Have you been measuring yourself? I find that sometimes when the weight isn't moving on the scale the inches are moving for me!
As for dietary suggestions, I am probably not the right person to be giving out advice But I did notice that you seem to be a bit low on protein. Maybe your body will respond to a diet with more protein?0 -
maybe.. i'll try, thanks0

I don't really worry about that thing either but it looks to me like you might not be drinking enough liquid for the amount of sodium you are consuming or the amount of exercise you're completeing. When you eat salty things or excercise you need even more water to flush it out and rehydrate. I think the fruits and veggies comment may have a point too.
Good Luck!0 -
Don't pay too much attention to that thing. I've read on multiple posts that people tend to over estimate the calories they are burning and under estimate the calories they are eating. Cut the sugar, sodium, and carbs some more and step up the intensity of your workout a little:)0

thank you everyone0

I agree with others - your carbs from processed sources is way high - replace with whole foods and really cut the carbs...I try to stay under 100 carbs a day
Also your sodium is really high - cutting out a lot of the processed food should cut most of the sodium...
Try to eat as clean as possible so your carbs/sodium and sugars aren't processed and in their most natural state.0 -
I'm not even looking at your diary, but I know for a fact that little message is baloney. Ignore it. Eat right, watch your macros and stay active to watch your body change. I watched that stupid message for close to 2 months before I realized it was lying to me, I didn't lose a single pound, and I was hungry as hell the whole time0
