30DS plus homehealth aid/CNA/nursing students

Okay so I did the first day of the 30DS and my legs feel like jello! That woman is tough!! I love it!
My question is what was the worst day for feeling sore or like jelly? I'm asking because I'm a full time nursing student and a home health aide to an elderly gentleman who I have to transfer from wheelchair to bed, etc. So I'm worried that I'll be feeling like I'm not strong enough to safely transfer on Saturday. That will be day 3 of 30DS!!! I'm thinking it might be a bad day.
Tell me this will work out okay!! Please?! Anyone else do that kind of work/school and doing the 30DS. So I'm one busy girl! I'm really hoping to see big results now, especially in my middle

3rd day was the worst. Sorry the more you move the better you feel though.0

I am doing P90X and provide care for my 73-year old mother-in-law who suffers from Parkinson's and requires a lot of lifting and transferring. I am sore and may wince a bit, but I haven't dropped her or anything drastic. I think you'll be fine.0

This is good to hear, I probably overly worry about this kind of stuff and of course I want myself and my patient to be safe0
