Okay so I did the first day of the 30DS and my legs feel like jello! That woman is tough!! I love it!

My question is what was the worst day for feeling sore or like jelly? I'm asking because I'm a full time nursing student and a home health aide to an elderly gentleman who I have to transfer from wheelchair to bed, etc. So I'm worried that I'll be feeling like I'm not strong enough to safely transfer on Saturday. That will be day 3 of 30DS!!! I'm thinking it might be a bad day.

Tell me this will work out okay!! Please?! Anyone else do that kind of work/school and doing the 30DS. So I'm one busy girl! I'm really hoping to see big results now, especially in my middle :D

3rd day was the worst. Sorry the more you move the better you feel though.

I am doing P90X and provide care for my 73-year old mother-in-law who suffers from Parkinson's and requires a lot of lifting and transferring. I am sore and may wince a bit, but I haven't dropped her or anything drastic. I think you'll be fine.

This is good to hear, I probably overly worry about this kind of stuff and of course I want myself and my patient to be safe :D
