    I'm new here too - joined yesterday. I have some of the same problems that you do: high cholesterol & high blood pressure. In addition, I have pain in my knee, hip, & feet. I'm hoping that this site will be helpful to me with motivation & encouragement. Feel free to add me as a friend.

    I'm Marilyn and I'm a 64 year old widow. I've been trying to lose weight as long as I can remember and now health problems are taking a toll on my body . I live in Ontario , Canada. Friend me and we can support each other. This site is amazing.
