Thai food is so yummy! Its mostly pretty good for you too - try searching online or go buy a cheap cookbook - there are hundreds of them out there on Thai food! Then you'll be able to enter them online and get a calorie count too. Easy!0

I always do a stir fry with cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, peppers, then make grilled chicken with a spicy peanut sauce. You can serve it over rice if you want, but it's just as good with only the veggies and waaaay lower in calories. I don't have a specific recipe, just kind of throw it together, but the flavors are Thai-ish; try looking up a recipe for Thai peanut chicken online and you'll probably find something similar!0

Try some of Gina's Thai recipes on skinnytaste.com. I have made her Thai Green Curry Coconut Shrimp with Basil, Thai Coconut Curry Shrimp, and Thai Fried Rice. They were all great! She has a few more on there I haven't tried.0
