You guys always have so many ideas!!!
Any advice on LITE chicken salad?
I'm trying to learn how to cook or make things that I like but in a BETTER VERSION

    fat free mayo with a bit of fat free sour cream. I mix in peeled apple, golden raisins, chopped celery and mix it all together. Put it on my bun or what ever I'm using and put cucumbers and spinach. It's just like subway. My favorite

    I use half light mayo, half FF plain greek yogurt, then add chopped fruit (fresh or dried), celery, sometimes sliced almonds or walnuts, and a bit of Mango Chutney. I love the Rosemary Apricot Chicken Salad that Trader Joe's used to carry.
