NSV - clothes fit now, scales are almost the same!

I just wanted to share a little NSV of mine - I think its important for everyone stressing about the number on the scales to realise its not everything!
A month back I tried to fit into my old Witchery size 12 fitted jacket. I weighed 74.3kgs that day. It was too tight across my shoulders and my arms felt like someone was strangling them. It was unbelievably uncomfortable.
A couple of days later I went overseas for a week and had the most amazing holiday with my partner. I also celebrated my 30th birthday. Needless to say, there was lots of eating and drinking involved. I gained 3.5kgs when I returned a fortnight ago.
Today - I got back to the weight I was before I left - well I am actually 600g lighter. This morning I tried on that same jacket. It fits like a glove! Although I've only lost 600g, the workouts and exercise Ive been doing these last few weeks have toned me up so much. Ive also dropped a jeans size - and my trusty tights I wear jogging are quite loose.
So really - what Im trying to say - is it doesnt matter what the scales say - if you're doing all the right things, your body will change, get smaller, get healthier. This MFP thing does work. I am one very happy lady
