No hunger during menstrual

Greetings,
TOM has come to visit and as usual i'm experiencing a lack of appetite. its strange that usually i have to monitor what i eat, but during TOM i cant force myself to even touch food. i've made sure to get plenty of fluids, but today i know i've eaten less than 300 calories (2 sausages & some broccoli).
My question is: should i wait for my appetite to return, or should i force myself to at least snack on something even though i dont want it?
Thank you

i wish i had that issue during TOM. I would just wait for my appetite to return. If your not hungry then that may be your body trying to tell you something.0

You might be lucky, I always want to eat everything in sight during my TOM. I think you should try to eat something good for you. Even a protein bar or shake would be better than nothing.0

If all else fails, make a protein shake. I wouldn't force my body to eat if I wasn't hungry.0

My appetite usually drops at my TOM too. I just usually eat the bare minimum as well, depending on how bad it is. I've recently gone back on the pill and I ate more normally, but as long as you eat something it should be ok. If you're worried maybe go see your doctor and see what he/she says. Keeping up your fluids is a good thing though0
