HELP!!! CRAVINGS ATTACK

It's about 8pm and I have the craving to eat something salty like chips...i don't wan any more calories......grrrrr

    chew a piece of sugar-free gum. I has been working for me and my sugar cravings.

    Cravings suck!
    Maybe you could salt some carrot sticks and at least get that crunch and salt. Or have some plain popcorn with just salt on it?
  • AHHHHH.....go brush your teeth. Supposedly tells your brain that you're done for the night and sometimes I"ll chew a piece of sugarfree gum. Hope so much this helps.
    Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels:)

    Try some water with crystal light or lemon. Chew a piece of gum or a hard candy. Brush your teeth. If all that fails have a small bowl of air popped popcorn with a sprinkle of salt. That should do it :)

    i eat pickles when i'm craving salty/crunchy. it usually only takes 1 or 2 before i'm over my craving and they're only like 5 cals each. you can do this! :smile:
