I have been exercising on a treadmill
I like it, I am trying to workout 3 days a week at least,
I have been doing the weightloss thing on the treadmill for 30 min and today i got off the thing confused and disappointed. I don't understand why i burned so few calories today normally i burn between 250 and 340 today i only burned 138 how can that be? any ideas???? It made me so mad if i had more time i wouldn't have left but i didn't have a choice.

Perhaps you didn't enter your weight right and the machine just used the default settings for calorie burn. Most machines use a default of 150 lbs and will calculate calorie burn based on this setting is you did not enter a weight. The option would be that you miskeyed when you entered your weight and had yourself too light. This is assuming that you walked at the same rate of speed and slope as you normally do.0

so would it be safe to assume that i burned more cal than it stated? I know that i sweated as much as usual but i maybe need to step it up a little after almost two weeks0

Hey there! Welcome to mfp - such a great community here - you'll love it! I would say its safe to assume the same calorie count if the workout was the same....0
