Hey everyone

Im sam, just wanted to intoduce myself. Im 21 year old male studyingvet medicine in the UK. I am 5 foot 7 and 224 lbs. Ultimately looking to get to 180 lbs. I need some motivation!!!!

    Something that helped me when I was focusing on wieghtloss was to envision an item that was equivalent in wieght to an amount I wanted to lose...
    For Example : I had 2 large dogs, I used to buy 2 large bags of food each month for them. I realized one day that the wieght of one of those bags was 18 kgs....... which is approximately 45 lbs!! That was the number I wanted to lose!! I was carrying around the equivalent to a huge bag of dog food strapped to my *kitten*........ I tend to be a visual thinker.... so this worked to motivate me (and still does!)

    Now when I need a quick motivator to get my moving........ i check out simplyshredded.com and that REALLY motivates me to get that workout done! :)
