I already searched the posts and my questions was not answered so...

I was wondering how my MFP friends did with their first Fit Test? I am looking for a good base to understand where I am starting out at. I heard the numbers the man and woman who where doing it with me... but I find it hard to believe my first round was better than theirs with two weeks of training. I appreciate them making me feel good but I would like some real people with real numbers to go off. Today I did the first Fit Test:

Switch Kicks 132, Power Jacks 51, Power Knees 91, Power Jumps 43, Globe Jumps 13, Suicide Jumps 16, Push-up Jumps 28, Low Plank Obilque 60

    You're numbers are great!!!

    Here were my numbers for the 1st fit test -
    Switch Kicks - Day 1 - 120
    Power Jacks - Day 1 - 55
    Power Knees - Day 1 - 88
    Power Jumps - Day 1 - 34
    Globe Jumps - Day 1 - 8
    Suicide Jumps - Day 1 - 20
    Push Up Jacks - Day 1 - 22
    Low Plank Oblique - Day 1 - 33 (think I was counting 2 as 1 on this one)
