Hi guys i was wondering if there's any good PILATES work out dvd you recommend that explains the work out carefully and not to hard for beginners.
My plan is to wake up at 6am, Do cardio on cross trainer for 30 mins
Then after that do Jillian 30 Day shred
and then before i go to sleep, Do pilates.

10 Minute Solutions Pilates with Lara Hudson. It's what got me started in yoga and Pilates and two years later, the abs workout still makes my core feel like I'm being stabbed (in a good way lol). Bonus: each of the 5 workouts is only 10 minutes long AND you can mix and match them in any order you like to make your own workout. The DVD is only 8 bucks on Amazon right now.

I really enjoy "The new method Pilates Precision, toning and sculpting with Jennifer Kries" This is simple, basic andis broken down into 20 minute sessions. I've tried others but always come back to this one. It calms me down and makes my body feel more limber. Good Luck!0

Gaiams Pilates for beginners is what got me started. It's wonderful and Ana Caban is a great teacher!0
