    Best:
    *Fresh snow............being dressed warmly to prepare to be out in it.
    *Knowing that the daylight hours start to increase the day after winter solstice!

    Worst:
    *Wind that cuts like a knife -subzero wind chills.
    *Driving on the icy roads with the idiots that think that their big trucks are going to correct for their stupidity. (My opinion--the bigger the truck the smaller the brain)
    *Less daylight. I just want to put my flannel pjs on as soon as I get home from work in the afternoon.

    Thankful for my all wheel drive Honda CRV and my Lands End Eskimo coat.

    best: cuddling, christmas, comfort food (including hot chocolate and liquor to stay warm!)

    worst: crowds, traffic, frozen hands, covered bodies from head to toe.

    Beautiful fresh snowfalls...
    Snow sports!! Skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, ice skating - Fun!!!
    Nice warm fires

    Worst:

    Drivers who think they are invincible because they have 4 wheel drive
    Defrosting scraping or cleaning snow off the car when you're in a rush

    Worst - umm... it's cold.
    Best - I live in Tucson, AZ, where it doesn't get as cold as most places do.

    I'm in southeast Texas.

    Best: My sons who live in Chicago and Milwaukee think more seriously about moving back to Texas.
    Worst: It doesn't last long enough here.

    Best: Sweaters, scarves, hats, jackets. :) All the basic winter apparel. I love it.

    Worst: Having to stand outside in the snow to scrape the ice off my windshield. Ugh. :(

    Best = Snuggling under the comforter with my husband:heart:
    Worst= Headlights on full beam when a blast of cold wind goes under the shirt :noway:

    Best = Kahlua Hot Chocolate, Sweatshirts, Jackets, SNOW, (forts,balls, snowmen...I'm such a kid) Shopping :heart:

    Worst = Driving in snow, Grumpy people, and the constant complainers about how cold it is...:grumble:

    BEst: Snow coming down, caked on trees. Sparkly, dust snow. Sledding, comfort foods. Snowdays...

    Best: days like today in MB. Snow falling in huge flakes, only about -10C, no wind = Beautiful!! X-coutry skiing, snowshoeing, skidooing out to the warm up shack for hot chocolate and hot dogs, Skidooing 3 hours out for wing night at the bar then watching the trains from high up on a hill on our way home. The fact that we will move into the new farmhouse in Jan/Feb and than will actually get to see the extent of storms instead of being sheltered in town. The lamb who always shows up early in the season but during a snowstorm. I love seeing a baby and their mommy all cuddled in the barn!

    Worst: idiot drivers, puddles of snow/mud/salt in the front entrance, drying stinky mitts on the registers, scraping windows, my glasses fogging, my three year old who loves skidooing but also loves to wear his helmet constantly(He ate a few meals with it on last year just so he would be "ready" when it was time to go out) LOL.

    All in all the good really outweighs the bad. I ran around town last night in the so called "snow storm" with snow pilling around my lower legs and it was so quiet and sparkely.

    Best: Christmas, snow! and I always seem to lose weight around this time of year :D
    Worst: Also snow!! getting up at 5am before work to scrape my car = :-(

    The way the bare trees make spooky shadows on the snow in the moonlight.
    Watching the kidlet and dog playing outside in mountains of snow.
    The silence when it's still snowing.
    Eggnog in my coffee.
    Hot Buttered Rum.
    Spiced Cider (the adult kind.)
    Watching the hubs shovel the driveway.

    Worst:
    Idiot drivers.
    Drivers who think they know how to drive in snow but are actually just idiots too.
    Cracked, dry skin.
    Hearing my hubs b*tch after he comes in from shovelling the driveway.

    Worst: The ever changing weather in the South 80 one day and 50 the next, DRY skin, time change, taking my dogs outside in the 20-30 degree mornings and cold toes.

    Best: Holidays, food, family, snow (slight chance like 30%), anything pumpkin, fireplace, visiting the mountains, hoodies, boots, and did I say food? LOL!~

    i love christmas and spending time with family
    the worst i hate winter the snow, cold, it gets darker faster at night,
    i would like to be a bear so i can hibernate through winter. i just don't like it
