Question about an entry

I started back on my treadmill last night working out, but when I went to record it on my tracker it only gave me "Stair-treadmill ergometer" as an option under treadmill search. Is that the same as normal treadmill? The calorie count on my work out seemed high for just 15 mins at 2.5-3.0MPH.

look up Walking
Find the one that says 2.5mph or 3.5mph whatever you did.

Treadmill is not an exercise, it is a machine that allows you to do the exercise. So enter the excise you did, not the machine you used. If you jogged, type that in, if you walked type that in.0

Thanks, that is what I ended up doing.0
