I just did Turbo Sculpt for the first time today. I don't have a HRM yet and I am really not sure how to log it. Any suggestions? Thanks!

  • Not sure what turbo sculpt is but I log my turbo fire under "kickboxing (turbo jam)"

turbo sculpt is more of like squats, lunges etc. with weights. Not much cardio going on. I usually log turbo jam under kickboxing but this doesn't seem to be the same so I wasn't sure.

I had the same question! I LOVE Turbo Sculpt! For those out there, it is NOT the same as regular Turbo Jams...so we should not log it under kickboxing. I personally log mine under a self created exercise called Stephanies Bootcamp. Its a bootcamp I attended in the past which focused ALOT on sculpting along with cardio (like all bootcamps) and I created this exercise based on information I found on google about how much you burn for my age, weight, etc. Its not the most accurate I am sure, but its a good rough estimate. Maybe look up on google and you can find some sort of calculator that can help you figure the calories you burn and create an exercise for yourself!

I just found a site that says turbo sculpt burns 564 cals in an hour for someone who weights 154 lbs. I guess I'll go from here and do the math. Hopefully its kind of close! =) Thanks everyone.

Log it as a custom cardiovascular exercise under "My Exercises" input the time and calories. I do that for all of my P90X and TurboFire workouts. It's not a big deal to list the sculpt under the cardio label.
