I am a total know-nothing.
I weigh +/-57 kilos, age 44, height 167cm, body fat 24.5 according to my cheapo scales from Woolies. I do about 2 hours of strength training a week only, of which an hour is on the legs in the wake of an(other) injury.
I read a lot of stuff, well, I skim over a lot of stuff which I don't understand, saying xyz protein per gammy hammy.
I am beefing (haha) up my leg strengthening exercises and I would like to hear what people think about protein intake.

Ok, my use of the term "recomp" was extraneous and probably inapposite. i would still like to hear what people think my protein should be.0
