Sometimes it's just reminding yourself that you are worth it. That you deserve as much as anyone else in the world that you admire. It really can just be changing the way you think that can fuel your weight loss. So, if you needed a little extra oomph today... remind yourself that you deserve everything and the only one who can stop you is yourself!

Hope this dose of daily motivation helped anyone who was in a rut! Happy Losing! :)

    Thanks. I've just started. I joined a gym and have worked out well three days in a row and have stayed under calories and my scale says I've gained .4 lbs instead of losing about the same or more. I was really expecting to see that I had lost at least a pound instead of seeing that I've gained some

    Those numbers don't take into account the, however minor, improvement to my overall health, happiness and well being...

    Why not me!

    I'm on a journey to get healthier not just see numbers.
