My support group

This is my group, it is not very active, seems I am the only one doing anything... if you are motivated and need support or would like to give support and ideas, please feel free to add me and join the group. I need new ideas and some support, I can do this on my own, but I really would like to have some people to push me that are not going to give up in two or three days. So if you want to stick to your guns and do this... HOLLER... and if you do derby, even better, but not required... :)

    I think in order for us to really help support one another it would be beneficial to know what strategies the other is using for the fitness goals, that way we can tailor our suggestions to something that would make sense to the other, for instance dietary restrictions (I only eat 300 cal a meal, but eat 5 times a day) then if you had a good idea or support which would coincide with what you already know I'm doing. Just an idea.
