Bone Spur

I have a bone spur in my heel. I doesn't hurt constantly, but every once in awhile will act up. Yesterday, I did the 30 Day Shred 1, that is on On Demand. My foot was hurting really bad all day. I tried it again today and realized it was from doing the jumping jacks, jumping rope, and running. Any suggestions on what I can do to modify those parts of the workout, but still get in the cardio?
