Valentines Day Dinner

What does everyone have planned for Valentines Day? My husband and I are going have a nice romantic evening at home.
I've decided to make:
Baked Chicken (butterfly cut, they look like little hearts!), topped with Salsa & Mozza/Parm cheese (kind of like chicken parm)... Side dish spaghetti noodles w/ tomato sauce with a nice bottle of red wine.
My honey has mentioned lately that he would like to try peach cobbler so I am going to try and find a light recipe (if I can) for that.
What about you guys? Any of you cooking at home this year?

I believe we are going out for dinner, but I am getting much better about the choices I make when dining out. But your meal does sound fabulous. Have a Happy V-Day.0

we're having two other couples over for dinner, hot tubbin' and drinks!!! I cant wait, Im going to work extra hard this week so I dont worry about next weekends dinner. I just want to be able to enjoy it (while still keeping track of the cals, of course). I cant wait, we've got my mommy watchin our little angel for a "sleepover at grandmas". We're doing a potluck type dinner and Im making my wifes absolute fav cheese canneloni and a super nice caesar salad (it's been sooooooooooo long!!), one of the other couples is bringing an amazing home made meat lasagna and garlic bread and the other couple is taking care of desert which I probably wont partake in due to the fact that Im a lasagna lover and the caesar salad is gonna be tight too... I honestly will not have room for desert. So yeah, I guess you could say Im pretty excited.0

I'll be gone for valentines day!!! So we are going to do something tonight instead. We are going out for a nice meal and a movie. Then after valentines day (when all the stuff is on sale) my honey is going to make me some kind of chocolate yummyness (he is an amazing chef ). So I kinda get 2 small v-day celebrations instead of one! Spread the love over 2 weeks!0

I'm hoping for beef tenderloin on the grill, fettucini alfredo and a nice salad, and of course a glass of red wine.
It's a heart attack on a plate! The alfredo will be the big splurge. I have not made it in a long time. I'll even make homemade fettucini. So yummy.0
