go for a jog, or do some zumba. dance around your living room for 30 mins, run up and down the stairs, etc..
i get this problem when i have 1 too many drinks :laugh: i wouldnt even worry too much about it to be honest, its only 1 day! go enjoy yourself and start fresh tomorrow x0 -
If you're gonna drink beer, drink real beer. Light beer tastes like garbage, as it's basically watered down, so all you get is watered down bitterness. Not everything needs to be low calories. I drink 200 calorie beers regularly, I'd say my ticker speaks for itself.0
