Im wondering does it matter if you do your crunches & sit ups before or after running..I have done it both ways.. doesn't matter to me either way. But i heard that if you do them before running that you burn more during your run? is this true?

I've found that when doing two types of exercise, that doing the least strenuous first is helpful. It helps to assure that I am not lacking the energy to get both done.0

I am not much of a runner, but I always like to do core and abs first. If I do them at the end of the workout I cannot do nearly as many reps.0

A personal trainer told me it's best to warm up on a treadmill, then do weights, then do an hour on the treadmill. Of course, that works best in a gym. If you're running outside, people might look at you funny if you drop and do crunches!0
