So I think I am finally getting a handle on this "new lifestyle". At the beginning of the week I thought I was going to die of starvation because I was used to eating everything and anything I wanted without caring what it does to my body. Now after just 1 week, I feel so much better, my stomach doesn't hurt after I get done eating and I have found that I have more energy. I have also been working out...3 times this week...I know, it isn't alot, but more than nothing. I have been sleeping so well at night. And, woke up this morning and i had lost a pound...again, not alot, but for me, I needed to see SOMETHING come off after my discipline and work outs. Just feeling really good about everything right now and needed to tell someone about it.
Thanks for listening and I hope you all have a blessed weekend!

This is awesome!! It has taken me about a month to start feeling better about myself.
It's great to not only tell people your good news, but it's great on our end to hear your good news.
Keep it up! - you're becoming an inspiration to others!

Yesss!!!! It's great! I never had a problem sleeping but with waking up in the morning. Lately I've been waking up earlier and ready to get the day started. I work out 3-5 times a week and can already see a difference. Congrats on the change and keep up the great work!0

This is exactly how I feel and Im the same way, if I dont see results quickly I get frustrated and when I do I get super motivated!!! Yes I feel so much better and Im finally used to eating lighter and less. I think most of it is me being proud of myself for actually staying committed to SOMETHING in my life and seeing and feeling the results is wonderful! This is a great blog, keep it up we are WINNERS and are on the high road to a better "me"!! :-)0

I'm so glad that you are feeling happy with your progress. I love the feeling I get from working out and eating right. I wish I'd discovered it about 100lbs ago but there we are. Good luck with the rest of your journey and feel free to brag anytime. Its inspirational to all of us to hear of someone elses success and positivity. Well done0

Yes I am feeling it as well. Just like you, alittle over a week since I started this and I went cold turkey on my pepsi. Dr thinks I was drinking maybe 2 -12 oz. cans a day, little did he know it was a 2 litter plus bottle. I do feel so much better already.I have a mega amount of weight to lose but my clothes already do not feel as restricting and I wake up without a fog feeling, I just feel much better in general. And I love the way this thing is helping me to track calories, and protien, fat and carbs. I have even enjoyed what I eat and have not felt restricted so much. Even gave up the salt shaker and thats a real biggie for me.0

Good for you! It does feel good! And I hear you on thinking you were starving because God only knows how many calories we were used to eating before. As your stomach shrinks you will even have days where THESE calories seem like too much! Keep going. Lots of folks here to support you.:happy:0

I'm glad you are feeling great! I've been working out diligently for a little over 2mths now and I really do feel better about myself. Sometimes I even go to sleep thinking about my next day work out! It makes me feel great and I def have found that I have more energy I used to take naps in the afternoon but haven't done so since working out. So far enjoying this new lifestyle as well Keep up the good work!!0
