Tuna Fish Patties! (high protein LOW carb!)

1 6 oz can of Tuna Fish (packed in Water)
2 large eggs
2 tbsp margarine
pinch of salt

Scramble eggs and add tuna, margarine, and salt.
Heat pan over med heat. Drop mixture into patties (5-6 patties) shape into circles with spatula and flip when cooked about half way through and slightly browned on bottom (2-3 mins).

    I bought samon for this purpose. Anything besides the salmon and eggs in yours? I seem to remember my granny using something else??? fuzzy on what that was though................

    We always did them with canned salmon, egg and crackers and a little black pepper. but it is a little high cal
