Calories to Maintain Weight

I have a question......does anyone know how to find out how many calories a person should be consuming to maintain their current weight??? I'm on an antibiotic and I want to only maintain my weight rather than worry about losing the last few pounds. I just don't know how many calories I should be concerned about. Thanks!!

It depends on a few factors... you need to put in your information and MFP calculates it for you.0

I like Fat2Fit's calculator. If you put your current and goal weight the same, it should give you a good idea of a maintenance level.0 -
