Have you tried vitamin b or eating nuts? That seems to work for me. I take my vitamin around lunch time so it helps to keep my energy levels up. Also, Planters has an energy nut mix that helps me. Hope these tidbits help.

I had this problem but I am a carpenter on my feet all day. I found out by looking at my diary I wasn't having much in the way of carbs for lunch. I add some and bam problem solved. Take a look at your diary maybe add some carbs or some fruit for sugar in the afternoon. best of luck to you.
And you say the exact opposite of what I said... lol! You have to find what works for you individually, I guess.

It may have to do with the fact that I am a Carpenter and expel a lot of energy up down ladders, lifting/carrying heavy stuff all day. I did notice that if I eat pasta ect for lunch I become sluggish so I think its a balance I have to have some but not loads of them.
